The sanitary conditions
Construction / insulation materials and finishing elements are selected in terms of the ease of maintaining cleanliness and maintaining the required, more and more restrictive sanitary conditions.

The materials quality
We use building materials resistant to the aggressive environment in the sheds (e.g. sandwich panels with special external facings and galvanized building structure).It significatly reduces the degradation of the building.

Construction of the building
The structure of the main hall is made of steel structure, of hot rolled profiles or girders with variable cross-section, depending on the span and height of the cowshed. The construction of the milking parlour is done in a traditional way, i.e. brick or skeletal, as in the main hall.
Doors and gates
They are made from stainless or galvanized steel, filled with a sandwich panel, which we give the color of the facade or leave in the finished system color.
Internal linings
The choice of internal linings allows the installation of boards in environments of varying degrees of aggressiveness (available coatings: PE, PVC, PDF, Fiberglass, NP60).
Building - up of the roof and walls
Both the roof and walls are made of sandwich panels, with special facings resistant to aggressive environment. The walls are made in option with sliding windows or blinds.
Waste management
Depending on the technological guidelines and assumptions in the technological, we remove the waste by means of a traditional mechanical removal system with a slurry plate or by mechanical scrapers and a channel system.
Corrosion protection
Protected against corrosion by hot dip galvanizing.
Facility ventilation
Ventilation in the main hall is based on inlets through side sliding windows or blinds. The exhaust function is made of chimney skylights or arched skylights with the possibility of shutting down.
Technology of milk yield
Milking system depending on the assumptions adopted in the technological project. The most commonly used solutions are - herringbone, rotary or milking robot.

Technology and equipment is partly supplied by K3AGRO and by external companies selected by the investor.
